In collaboration with the Santo Domingo Municipality and local villagers, in 2022, Guatemala Hope completed the 240 sq. meters (2500 sq. feet) El Triunfo Medical Clinic Building. It consists of an open assessment area, Treatment Room, Pharmacy Shelves, Nurse's Bedroom, an all purpose room and washrooms that have running water.
